Free lookups

Single-number and free list checks run in your browser against public FMCSA data. We do not store the USDOT numbers you look up. Pages send coarse use events to our own collector, such as the page, button, and scroll depth. The tracker does not send the USDOT number or list.

Free reminders

If you ask for a reminder, Netlify Forms stores the email and USDOT number so the reminder can be sent. You can stop reminders from the link in an email or ask us to delete the record.

Paid carrier watch

Stripe holds card and billing details. After payment, we store the checkout email, USDOT number, the last public census row reported, sent-email history, and subscription state. Netlify hosts that data and Resend delivers email. We use it only to run the watch, support the buyer, prevent duplicate messages, and handle billing or fraud.

Paid list reports

For a Book check, we use the submitted USDOT numbers to build the three report files and send their links to the email on the Stripe receipt. The files and private download token expire after 30 days. We do not add the list to a marketing file.

How long we keep it

Watch data is kept while the subscription is active and for a short period needed to close billing, security, or support issues. Book check files expire after 30 days. Stripe keeps billing records under its own duties. Reminder data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.

Sharing

We do not sell your email, watch record, or lookup list. Netlify, Stripe, Resend, and FMCSA process only the data their part of the service needs.
